This pack is where I put all the music concepts I write that I don't finish - but I think are strong enough to be finished.

It began as a personal project to save my ideas. Soon I started sharing the ideas with other producers to use. Then I started using them as a teaching aid with students, to help them learn from clear compositions.

Today it's over 500 concepts, and continues to grow.

I'm grateful that producers across sizes and backgrounds have found the pack useful - from bedroom producers to established artists like KSHMR.

My favorite part is that this is like a collaboration between us - I create authentic ideas that feel good - you use them as-is, or tweak them to become your own.

MIDI Chord Progressions are always royalty free.
If you modify a sample or sketch until it can no longer be recognized, it is royalty free.
You don’t owe any extra fees or payments for your use of this content unless the below conditions apply.

NOT ROYALTY FREE Under These Conditions

If a project using an unmodified or recognizable sample or sketch from this pack:

Reaches over 1 million streams (Spotify, YouTube, etc)
Is released under a major or major indie record label, or
Is placed in a major sync deal (film, TV, advertisements)

You agree to:

Provide potential credit on the song (as appropriate)
Negotiate fair royalties for the use of the sample, depending on how much was used and it's significance in the song.

This clause is important because it allows me to share my best work with you, allowing us to explore collaboration opportunities and fair recognition only when appropriate. For most projects, this won’t apply and your use of the pack remains simple and royalty free.

These MIDI files and samples are my original creations and remain my property. By purchasing, you’re getting a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files.

What You CAN DO

Sell or distribute your finished songs made with these files on streaming platforms, in videos, podcasts, performances, or other creative projects, provided they follow these terms.

What You CAN’T DO

Upload the files as standalone pieces online.

CONTENT ID Policy

You may not register any songs containing an unmodified or recognizable sample with Content Identification services (AdRev, Identifyy, YouTube Content ID).
This can cause problems for others who are using the same sample legally. If your song uses the sample in a way that is heavily modified or transformed, you may register it. Reach out if you are unsure.
