My breif history:

Started producing in 2008.
Built YouTube channel "The Ground Above" to 1 million views in 2011.
Start producing music for other artists in 2012.
Won 2 independent music awards & recognition for music achievements from New York State Senate in 2013.
First TV placement on MTV in 2013.
2014 Co-Found Elevate Audio, start selling music as stock and offering custom music. Scored first TV theme.
2014 - Today: Over 9,600 music licenses sold into stock. Thousands of background music placements. Custom music scored for Volkswagen. Music customers include Uber, Major League Baseball Network, Adidas, many more.

I approached Avery about lessons because I was struggling in both my production and compositional skills as well as my approach to the music business. The first session was nerve-wracking to begin as I was worried I would be revealed as a total hack!
